The Metro State Roadrunners ended up on the winning end of a 3-2 (25-15, 23-25, 15-25, 25-16, 15-12) decision over UCCS Friday evening at the Lions' Den.

Air Force hands UCCS exhibition loss

Mallory Lowe had 15 points and seven rebounds as the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs got its only taste of game action before the start of the regular season with an 82-46 exhibition defeat at the hands of the NCAA Division I Air Force Falcons Friday evening at Clune Arena.

Jaron Stewart, Matt Friesen and Greg Miley of the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs were all named second-team All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, the RMAC announced Thursday.

University of Colorado at Colorado Springs defender Lauren Hall was named first-team All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, the RMAC announced Wednesday. Teammate Kristin Preble was named to the All-RMAC third team.
